We have been using zoho for around 2 years, unfortunately most because bad integration with gmail, we have used it very little.

We are now giving it a last chance.

What are the status of the contextual gadget, are any new updates on the way? The information in the gadget are to little, there are also to few fields...

A feature to save the email would be very usefull, also, each note/task/opportunity and contact are not a link to the CRM... if you click on a link, you should ofcourse open that part in zoho CRM.

I think that it's a shame that collabspot, has a much better app for ZOHO/Gmail than your own gadget...
