Whats happening with Z Business? (when is going to happen!)

You mention a roadmap here and there for ZB but you don't provide the people who are using the service with a CLEAR and COMPREHENSIVE outlook of what and when its finally going to happen.

I really would like to use ZB for my startup (o about to startup), but I have no idea whatsoever of a timescale for ZB, only a very generally, and vague idea of your intentions for the application.

For a communications and collaboration provider I find that disappointing. I haven't got the time, nor energy to look through all your product blogs, forums, press room, events, etc.

And whilst I here, what happened to the promise you made in an email to me to sort out the fact that you lost all my tasks in a recent migration, which you promised to sort out in a day or two - a week or two ago. It wasn't just tasks neither but also my documents as well. And whats happened to the email client in ZB - it's disappeared altogether
