We are using Zoho desk for our ticketing system. Our clients are informing us on whatsapp and so we want a system to integrate whatsapp to Zoho desk . If our client raise a ticket via whatsapp , we would be able to raise ticket tin zoho desk and communicate through a dashboard? Is there any possibility of such integration?
