When a Journey's trigger has been deleted, it's stopped but you can't delete the trigger

I had a Journey that was triggered by a Goal. I had to delete and recreate that Goal. The Journey was correctly stopped becasue the Goal that triggered it no longer existed.

But, when I tried to edit the Journey to use the new Goal as a trigger, I found that I couldn't delete the old one. The 'three dots' menu isn't there (screen-1263).
