We're logging Leads from Twitter engagement and as you might imagine, many of those "Leads" aren't leads but might still be valid Contacts or Accounts.  

When you Delete a Lead, it seems like it Deletes the record entirely.  Does it?  It should retain the Contact/Account and only delete the Lead.
