when we expect to get response ?
Hi, thanks for zoho team and i hope to ask if you would have your own support policy ? because i notice that reaching support team is very difficult and getting fast and quick response is very difficult.
In the last few days i was a new in zoho and start to create my account and migrate, and setup zoho my pc, i didn't get any support of feedback when send email via zoho mail admin, or when sending to support@zoho .... , some times i was able to reach the chat and at another time the agent was unavailable.
is the email sent to support@zoho.... will some one reply to it and is there expected time to respond to any messages
