30% of the threads on this forum for at least the last four months have been because you have blocked people's email accounts. In almost every case, the reason has not been any abuse of your system or spamming. It has been ordinary levels of usage but which are punished by your ridiculously conservative restrictions.
For example:
you block accounts for sending to more than 50 people whereas even Salesforce allows up to 200 recipients. And today you blocked my account because i scrolled through 15 pages within 5 minutes. I note that your limits on usage are not published anywhere that I can find.
Enough is enough. Look at this forum. See all the unhappy customers.
Now please tell me when you will review and change your blocking policies.
