In order to offer an alternative to unattended access for our clients with manned systems I believe there is software available which they can have on their desktop and insert a session key provided when they need support in order to remove the need to visit our or Zohos website to start a remote session.

Can someone advise where I can download that from and whether it is something which once installed will permanently reside on the clients desktop requiring no further downloads for any subsequent support sessions.
