Where do you get timely support?
My company is evaluating Zoho One and this community forum has helped a little but where can we get timely support during the evaluation period? I have sent questions to support and not had answers within a week. This creates an issue as we're trying to complete an evaluation within the 1 month trial period but already a week with little progress. My concern is that whilst the Zoho One offering seems great value, will we be required to spend vast amounts of money for adequate support?
