Where does "Sent" email go if there is no matching address in CRM
Using Outlook plugin.,
I am adding to CRM all SENT email.
I have deselected "If no contacts match..." and "If no leads match..."
I only want to transfer a sent email to CRM if the sendto email address already exists in
CRM Contacts.
What happens if there is no match? Is CRM still storing the SENT email?
If so, how can I delete it?
