I am reading the article on Theme customization using the following link:

https://www.zoho.com/creator/help/customize/theme.html

But in my new App Builder under Setting -> Customize section, I am not seeing the "Customize Theme" option. Is this option only enabled for paid user?  I am using the free version for now.

Any input will be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.
