Whitelisted domain in spam folder.

Whitelisted domain in spam folder.

Emails from Venmo getting marked as spam and going into the spam folder.  I've manually whitelisted "*.venmo.com" to no avail.

Replies from Zoho support indicated that when an email is tagged as "Not spam" it's automatically white listed, but that seems to have no effect either.

What can I do to ensure that these important emails are delivered properly?
