I'm very confused. Why is there a need to integrate DropBox with Zoho Mail?
Does DROPBOX have more functionality than Zoho DOCs??
If so, what are the advantages of using Drop Box vs. Zoho DOCs?
I also don't understand why ZOHO would be spending it's time on ANOTHER Zoho Mail "attachment avenue" (you already have Desktop, Zoho Docs and Google Docs) when there are so many other things to work on.
LIKE QUOTES.
You cannot create quotes in ZOHO CRM for products that have configurable options. This is HUGE. How are we supposed to be able to track ORDERS (cradle to grave) if you're not able to create a quote in Zoho CRM? Price Books and Pricing and Quotes are (currently) useless. We can't use it. Therefore, we can't do FULL ORDER MANAGEMENT in Zoho.
