Why is Zoho making a "secret campaign"?

Why not tell the user that "if you display zoho banner in your website, you will have this incentive", like others did, 30% when there is a sale from a click of the banner.

I embedded an HTML page in my website, without my knowledge you put this anywhere, in a image or in a text,  https://www.zoho.com/creator/online-form-builder/index.html?utm_source=Zoho_Form_Embed&utm_medium=view_footer&utm_campaign=ZohoAds

This result to destroying the layout of images when in live mode or forcing the user to open a page unexpectedly.

Kindly explain...or stop this, imagine, an image with blue background will appear as no background in live mode with your link in all sides..
