Why This Operation has been restricted

Dear Zoho Corp,

my domain name is www.tripworld.online and my Zoho User Id: 648899937
problem is when i am Verify the ownership of domain for first step CNAME verification so get a alert massage is

"This Operation has been restricted. Please contact support-as@zohocorp.com for further details".

and i have already add my DNS Management of CNAME Record.

so whats a reasons unable to Verify the ownership of my domain ?

please help me what should i do then i fully use & enjoy zoho mail services.
