Wildix Integration problem - clicking on the green phone icon doesn't run the call

Hello,
I'm trying to integrate Wildix to Zoho CRM using Telephony's Marketplace Wildix app.

I followed this guidelines (Zoho Products integration with Wildix PBX - Documentation - Confluence | Wildix (atlassian.net)) and I was able to:
  1. connect the marketplace Wildix app to Zoho CRM
  2. enable the integration from Wildix PBX side
Problem is; when I click on the green icon close to a phone number, then the browser asks me what app to choose in order to open the "tel" link instead of opening the call pop-up.

Any suggestion on how to debug/solve? I already tried to disconnect the integration and connect it again.
