One of my users has reported an issue where she was editing the A012 record from the view at  https://creator.zoho.com/essistmgmt/assets/#View:AGREEMENT_View

She tried to upload a file to  UPLOAD CUSTOMER AGREEMENT and then tried to change the file. She received an error message and the window closed unexpected. 

I was not able to reproduce the error as I tried creating test agreements and attempted to upload files. There is no mention of that error in the error log

Can you please investigate?
