Word Plugin - cannot view uploaded document

Word Plugin - cannot view uploaded document

I just started using the MS Office plugin, which I think is great. However, for some reason, I can't view an uploaded document in Zoho Writer. For instance, I can view it on my laptop (using xp). Then if try another computer, I can't see a thing but a little box. I have other imported files, which work fine. So I wonder what's really going on. Is it OK to use Word 2003, or is there a compatibility issue?
