Hi Everyone,
For some unknown reason my WorkDrive Extension for integrating Zoho Crm stopped working. Basically I was unable to create any folders from within the CRM related list. This problem extended to even a new lead created, so effectively the link was broken.
PROBLEM ENCOUNTERED
If uninstall the Zoho CRM Extension, and then reinstall I have found an issue that it creates a whole new ZOHO WorkDrive folder within the TEAM Folders section. Whatever I had in the original Zoho CRM Folder is now not showing in ZOHO CRM.
I am now having to create a folder for each LEAD, CONTACT and ACCOUNT in the newly create WorkDrive CRM, which now requires moving what was previously in old WD Folders into these newly created folders. This is exceptionally tedious. I found myself desperate, as I needed to access to create shared folders for external clients.
The Good news is that data stored on WorkDrive from the original files is not lost. With IT, your always concerned for about uncontrollable outcomes.
DOES ANYONE HAVE A BETTER SOLUTION?
Please share as other may also find that they have this experience.
ZOHO ........... Please discuss with the Developer, as reliance on sourcing extension was off Marketplace. These problems need careful monitoring so users can know the future work-arounds.
