I have a development request to suggest for setting up workflows. It's a simple yet useful idea.

When creating a workflow, the system only allows manual entry for numeric or currency fields. It would be useful to have the option to choose a module record field (such as a numerical field entry equal to grand total) additionally.

You can see the screenshot below. We can choose any numerical system field after the "=" symbol.
