I'm hoping someone can help me since my campaign is launching in a few days and I cannot get my sync to work consistently between Marketing Hub and the CRM.

Customer support helped me once but the issue keeps occurring. The sync is not consistently adding new leads from the CRM to my ALL LEADS mailing list in Marketing Hub.

I'm wondering if there might be a workaround. Can I create a CRM workflow to add a new lead to a mailing list? 

I'm just trying to get all of my new leads into an ALL LEADS mailing list in Marketing Hub, so I can further sort them with workflows and trigger customer journeys. My ultimate goal is to automatically trigger a welcome series when new users sign up for a free trial. Right now a Stripe-Zapier integration creates a new lead. Then I need the new lead to trigger a welcome journey. My triggers for the journey are when someone is added to the mailing list (which doesn't work if they're not added) and when a field is updated in the CRM -- but this also does not seem to be working. HELP!
