Workflow to log time spent in an department
Hi,
We have a reporting ask to be able to see how long a ticket has spent in one department as tickets get moved around a lot of our departments frequently. When a ticket is raised in Department B and then moved to the Department A we have a workflow to populate a custom date field with the current date/time which works fine. The issue we are having though is when Department A then resolves the ticket and moves it back to Department B the workflow is not triggering to populate a second custom date field so we can see how long it has spent in Department A.
