Workflows Question

Hello,

Glad to be here! I hope you can help me with this question.

Is it possible to create workflows that they modify fields in accounts when modify fields in tickets?
As products, operation status, contracts or a numeric valor? The idea is that the agents don't have to go to accounts module to modify/update this information.
