First of all, sorry for my english.

I'm new to Zoho, just building my first application. A little help or guidance would be very much appreciated regarding my biggest problem so far.

We are a dental lab and I'm trying to create an application for filling in worksheets. 

This is a section of our worksheet, the numbers are representing teeth

Every square above and below numbers represent a field. Each field can contain 3 different values. (BG, K, T).

I would like to create an HTML page, where our colleagues can fill in all data regarding to that specific work and that data goes into our database.

The reason why I want to use HTML view is because it is really hard to fill this through a normal form.

Do you think it could be created in Zoho Creator?
