Would like to have different modes for custom views
I would like to have different modes for custom views. For example, if I'm looking at a view set to view all open tickets by a certain team or agent, I'd want it in countdown mode.
If I'm looking at all tickets in urgent status, I want them in a chart sorted by agent.
If I'm looking at all open tickets with dropdown A, I might need to see them in status mode only showing status 1-3 but if I'm looking at all open tickets with dropdown B, I might only be interested in seeing buckets for status 3-4.
