At 9:30pm today I lost all of today's saved versions of a document I've been adding to in increments since this morning.

I just created another test file, and this is being saved correctly, even after logging out without saving the file.

Was there a server disruption? Or did I find a way to accidentally delete one day's versions with a stray keystroke?
