writer open error !

hi folks
what I have to do when I got this message:
"Warning: _editor_url is not set! you should set this to the editor files path; it should preferably be an absolute path, like in '/htmlarea', but it n^can be relative if you prefer."
the writer starts to load, but nothing habbens always 0%
