Hi there,
My wife's account keeps getting blocked, and now advising that we are unable to unblock.

Not sure if this is a new policy, but since this morning she has been blocked multiple times yet i cannot understand why.
All New Zealand Standand Time - Monday
12.26pm - blocked
09.44am - blocked
06.55am - blocked

the last big email sent was 5Mb, hardly to get over excited about and cannot see it triggering blocks. But this was sent 12 hours (Sunday 6.30pm) prior to the block becoming active.

Further to this, get the following.
Reason for the block : Daily Mail Size Quota Exceeds Limit [Total Mail Size=204,800]
Looking at this further, can you advise exactly is the size above. I am guessing its the following?
204800 Kilobits (Kb) = 25 Megabytes (MB)


Could someone please advise to why this is happening
