Your account is currently not accessible via IMAP due to excessive usage

Hi all,

since recently I've constantly been getting the following error: 
  1. Your IMAP server wants to alert you to the following: Your account is currently not accessible via IMAP due to excessive usage. Kindly try after some time.
Getting this error both through Thunderbird (latest version), as well as IOS mail account...

Hoping to get this resolved soon!
