Your email address is already registered as administrator under the Organization

Hello support,

We are trying to sort out the issue with a user I am trying to create on zohomail

This is the error received when clicking the Invite link:


Your email address(info@theroyalrestoration.com) is already registered as administrator under the Organization . To join the organization The Royal Registration, you should delete your existing organization


but I never created account with same email address and when I am trying to reset password of this account associated with this email id then it is showing some unknown phone number for sending verification code so how can I get access of that email id account?
