Your favorite presentation tool is now available for Google Drive

Want to access your Show presentations from Google Drive so you can work faster? 

Show is now integrated with Google Drive, helping you easily access your slides and collaborate in real time. With this add-on, you can now work on your presentation anywhere with any device. 

 

Our Google Drive integration allows you to create, import, and store presentations in your Drive workspace. With Drive's large storage capacity, the platform also offers steps for authentication and verification.  

 

All you have to do is install the Show app from the G Suite Marketplace. Once you install the app, it becomes available in Google Drive. 

You can now create presentations from scratch using Show's wide variety of style and formatting choices. Use the comprehensive toolbar at the top of the slide area to insert elements such as textbox, smart elements, twitter feeds, videos, and more. Once your slides are neatly crafted, it's time for design. 

Apply styles and level-up your slideshow using the contextual toolbar on the right side. It contains wide range of formatting, animation, and transition effects. 

 

When your slides are ready, collaborate with your team and exchange ideas. Add contextual comments and reply to them using the Comments panel. With this smart chat panel, you can thus enhance productivity in real time.

 

You can now export your document in PPTX, ODP, PPSX, and PDF formats or just print it using the Show add-on. 

Additionally, you can also open and work on PowerPoint files in the Show editor. The document will be saved as a .zslides file separately in the Google Drive workspace. Select the .zslides copy and continue working on it anytime. Zoho Show automatically saves all your data.
