ZC embedded forms do not display in FireFox 11

All of our embedded forms have this problem:

In Firefox 11, the page with the embedded form loads, and the title of the form is displayed in blue, with nothing beneath it - just white space. No data can be entered, and no part of the form other than the title can be viewed. This is causing significant errors for us.

I have checked to see if the embed code has been updated in some way, but the current embed code is what I am using for our embedded forms. All display without a problem in Chrome and most other browsers.
