zcsend.net is blacklisted

zcsend.net is blacklisted

I spoke with several IT people, and discovered that the server associated with zcsend.net is blacklisted, which explains why many responses to our emails are either not being received by us, or even worse, our recipients are not receiving emails sent by the "zcsend.net" server.

May I suggest that Zoho use a more credible server other than zcsend.net, so that those of us who are paying for a service (campaigns) that what we pay for is of higher quality? I am suggesting this because I am the middle man, I enjoy using Zoho, however if the product doesn't work, my boss will enforce that I switch to Salesforce and use ConstantContact or Mailchimp for our CRM/Campaign needs.
