Here's a feature idea that I've been thinking about
The Problem
Zia is great at analyzing individual interactions email sentiment, call transcription, best time to contact. But here's what it can't do: tell you how a relationship has evolved over time.
Right now, if I open a contact I've been working with for 4 months, there's no single place that tells me:
- When did this prospect go from cold to interested?
- What content triggered their first positive response?
- Has the same objection come up more than once?
- Did the decision-maker change halfway through?
All of that context is buried across hundreds of emails, call logs, and manual notes. And if a new rep takes over? They're starting from zero.
The Idea
I'd love to see Zia build a persistent "Relationship Timeline" per contact an auto-generated panel inside the contact record that shows:
1. A Relationship Arc Score - not just deal win probability, but a score that reflects how the relationship has developed over time (warming up, cooling down, stagnant)
2. Zia-tagged turning points moments like:
- "Tone shifted positive after the Dec demo"
- "Budget objection raised 3 times since Nov"
- "Stakeholder changed to xyz in Jan"
- "Responded strongly to ROI case study"
3. A plain-language Zia insight -"This contact responds well to data-heavy content. Budget approval was a recurring concern worth addressing before your next call."
4. A one-click rep handover summary so a new rep or manager can understand the full relationship context in 30 seconds without reading 200 emails.
