Our patients are required to communicate with us using secure email, to comply with HIPPA regulations. We use Zixmail.

Now, the email patients send me is going straight to Spam. This means I need to open zoho and check for spam as often as I check my Outlook email. Because these are different patients, who may only write to me once or twice, I can't be adding them to the whitelist.
Every Zixmail has "ZIX:" at the start of the subject line. Could you add this to your spam filter so that our office continues to function and be responsive to patients? Thank you!
We just started using zoho, so this is a new issue for us!
