Zoho - A service that will cost you business! (What the hell is wrong with Zoho customer care)
This is hopefully the only way to make you people fix a problem, hence the subject line.
Upon your customer care's advice I deactivated all the employees in my organization for plan changes and we are since awaiting further instructions from your customer care. Its been almost 8 hours since our office is on complete shutdown due to Zoho and there is no fix from Zoho. Abruptly for absolutely no reason provided I was transferred to the customer service in China who seem to be working for a different company as they don't know the basics of the subscription offerings from Zoho. They frankly need to be educated or fired. On top of which I have called different numbers and spoken to multiple people who assured me a resolution but I never heard from any of them after that. All the mails are ignored and all the calls are left unanswered.
Absolutely untrustworthy customer care and convoluted product offerings.
Is there anyone around to solve issues???
