Zoho add-on Sync Contacts, Tasks, Calendar, Add Mail, Search and Add Case all greyed out

Hi, I just installed the Outlook plugin and signed in successfully but the Sync Contacts, Tasks, Calendar, Add Mail, Search and Add Case all greyed out.

Am I missing something?
