zoho addin appearing in my tab bar at the top of office

Hi I use to have my zoho add in at the top of my tab bar in microsoft outlook, but for some reason this has now disappeared and now appears underneath every email.

When the zoho add in was at the top i was able to add any emails relating to emails directly into zoho - now I can't

Has anyone else had the same issue

How do I fix it so I can automatically add in emails to my leads without hand writing details
