It frustrates me, if Zoho has so many basic issues I will close my business account and move somewhere else

All the emails I received in my mobile zoho email app cannot be edited.

The function hold the finger to get the option copy and so on does not work!

I want to be able to 

1- copy any email body content recieved 

2- Be able to paste 

3-be able to comment or edit the email body

These should a very basic capability you provide to the users...we are not talking about rocket science
