Zoho API and Outlook changes
I had a problem with account names getting changed and I suspect it might have been from the Outlook connect. I was told by another Zoho user that Support was able to provide a file that showed these changes. I'm getting told by the help there is not available. I really need to track this problem down and can't afford to have my account names changed to another account via my team not doing something correctly with the Outlook connector.
