I have added Salesforce to my organizations applications from the marketplace. I have assigned a user to be able to launch the software. However, when the user brings up applications, and chooses Salesforce, it simply takes them to the URL https://www.salesforce.com/in/ . I have inserted my Salesforce Org ID and credentials, shouldn't it launch the US instance of Salesforce and auto login? Or atleast take the user to the login page. By default, it simply launches default browser and goes tro https://www.salesforce.com/in/ . Ideas of how I can get this working as its supposed to? Thanks!
