Zoho Assist Portal Not Showing Paid Status

I recently purchased a subscription for unattended access of 25 computers. When I am signed into the portal at: assist.zoho.com/assist   and I look at the "settings" section, the text that appears indicates that I am in a "free edition" when I should be in a paid edition.  Also, my email address does not show as being a technician.  No technicians are listed.  I had Zoho Assist installed on a Windows 2008 R2 server, and this computer is not showing as "online".

What is happening?
