Zoho Assist Unattended - devices disappearing

Hello,

I've recently introduced a new model of laptops into our environment (Lenovo Legion). We are experiencing an issue where only the latest installed agent - laptop is visible in Assist.

This issue does not appear with our Dell inventory.

Example: Installed Zoho Assist Unattended on 5 Lenovo Legion Laptops. Only #5 is visible in list of Unattended devices.

When sending a link to verify the installation, the Unattended service is still present and running on laptops 1-4, but not visible in the Admin Unattended Device list.

      Unattended Access (Beta) is live!   Unattended Access, a feature requested by a lot of our customers is live now. Currently, it's in beta. You can add up to 100 computers per Technician subscription. They can also be accessed by your organization members.  My Computers  list in Zoho Assist home page will  always  display the online status of your unattended computers.
