Zoho Bookings

Zoho Bookings, at its core online tool your clients can use to book appointments with you. It gives you complete control over managing those scheduled events. Clients will be able to access this information any time online, choose a required service, choose an available date and time of their choice, and book an appointment with ease. Cancellations and rescheduling of appointments are seamlessly handled; your clients and staff get notified of any changes via automated reminders.

Bookings are powered to expand the payment method of your services so that Zoho Books are useful for creating invoices. When an appointment is booked at the time, Zoho Books generate a new invoice in Books and it can remind your customers to pay by sending invoices to customers' email.

Zapier

Zapier is a tool that helps you automate repetitive tasks between two or more apps-no code necessary. When an event happens in one app, Zapier can tell another app to perform (or do) a particular action.  

Zapier intermediate is there to link Zoho Bookings with Zoho Books. Zoho Books apps will generate invoices when booking an appointment.

Steps to Integrate Zoho bookings with Zoho Books

Before integration, you must log in/sign up for Zoho Bookings, Zoho Books, and Zapier accounts.

Step:1
      Open zapier and click Create Zap button

Step:2
     Trigger -> Search app -> search name of the app which you need to trigger  for zap (Zoho Bookings)



Step:3
      Choose the trigger event (When the appointment is booked)



Step:4
      Click -> continue and choose an account (Merge your Bookings account)



Step:5
      Click -> continue and next step is click ->Test & Trigger, it triggers the event.



Step:6
      Click -> continue and select the action app-> search box (Zoho Books)



Step;7
      Click -> choose an action event ( create sales invoice) and click continue



Step:8
      Merge your Books account with zapier ( Choose Books account)



Step:9
      Click -> Continue and Set Up action -> Required fields ->
  1. Choose organization name 
  2. Customer name ( Choose from dropdown option - Customer name)
  3. Item name (Choose from dropdown option - Service name)
  4. Item rate ( Choose from dropdown option - Cost )
  5. Item quantity (Put 1)






Step:10
      Click -> continue and the next step is click -> Test & Continue and finally click -> turn on zap.
