Zoho Books and 2Checkout integration, Error message after payment!
Hi,
I am having problems with my integration of 2Checkout and Zoho Books and the Zoho Books support team just does not respond.
Is there anyone else who has this integration setup successfully? If so, perhaps you can help me.
We are using 2Checkout as an online payment option for our customers. We send a payment link which is generated in Zoho Books and the payment can be made successfully, but we (in testing) and our customers are receiving error messages.
2Checkout support has worked diligently trying to resolve the issue for us even though they say they do not support the Zoho Books integration. Zoho on the other hand has really only offered the famous, "we are having our developers look into it".
