Zoho Campaign Emails when forwarded
Hi there,
We prepare certain campaigns from our end. When we directly send these campaigns to the contacts they are sent perfectly. However, when we forward the same campaign to any of our contacts, the formatting gets changed completely. See the screenshot below for the forwarded email.
I emailed the Campaigns support team on this area but they responded as below telling me that this is some response issue and not a Zoho Issue. I do not agree with their response and I think that it is something from Zoho's side only as when we forward the emails/newsletters from other companies or even Zoho, we do not see those issues. Why is this happening with Zoho only? Please look into and let us know about this if there is a particular reason.
