Hi there,

I need to sync contacts from only one rep. So, I chose to set Contact Owner is a criteria. There is no drop down menu matching the names of the reps, so I typed in the name, it did not work. I then chose Contact Owner Contains and added First Name of the rep. Did not work. 

How can I add Contacts from only 1 rep?
