2 weeks later, the account becomes Rating = Active due to some savvy email marketing using Zoho Campaigns. We now need to transfer the account contacts into a new ZC mailing list which is based on customer care email communication to keep these accounts active. Therefore;
- We've created a sync to a different Mailing List-B based on Account Rating = Active
- All contacts associated to Accounts that match this Rating will be imported into Mailing List-B
- We now need to automatically remove these same contacts from Mailing List-A so that they aren't receiving the Rating = Idle emails.
How do we set the sync services to achieve this?
