While there is no problem with non-Western languages in Zoho CRM, Campaigns does not let you create templates and notification emails in Arabic. There simply is no option to set the text direction Right-To-Left.

I have asked our supplier, but heard nothing. Also submitted a service request, but again.. heard nothing. Not even an automated email.

Why is this so hard for Zoho to implement? All it really takes is a wrapper div tag with style="direction: rtl;" on it.

Please Zoho guys, let me know if a future release will have the option to create templates and notification emails in Arabic.
