Zoho chat security features

I would like to know all the available security features of Zoho chat. I have seen that it uses SSL encryption.

Can chat logging be turned off locally?

Are all chat logs available to the administrator, or only support chats?

Are logged chats stored on Zoho's servers anywhere?

Can Zoho chat be used with other OTR-enabled clients like Pidgin and Adium?
